Jennifer Jackson grew up on the streets since the age of 12. She was
homeless and suffering from a severe drug addiction. She seldom met anyone who cared, until she met the staff at the UMMA Community Clinic. They not only treated her, they embraced her and gave her the motivation she needed to break her addiction and go on to become an advocate for tolerance and self development. Since then, she has gone on to do interviews in numerous newspapers, radio shows, podcast and a documentaries to share her story and has written a book titled, "The Streets, My Cradle". This PSA was produced by ICNA Bay Area Chapter with the help of Under Da
Hood Films.
