AMOUNT I N G R E D I E N T________________
2 cups Milk
2 tbsp Honey
11 Grapes
3 tbsp Pomegranate (juice or seeds)
2 Pitted dates
1 medium Banana
1 Fig
D I R E C T I O N S
1. In a juice blender, mix all ingredients above with ice or leave in a cooler to chill. Serve cold. Use a fine meshed strainer to filter seeds from pomegranate and enjoy.
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
Allāh's Apostle drank milk, rinsed his mouth and said, "It has fat."
