A Turkish national who had earlier pleaded guilty to a charge of producing child pornography for purposes of distribution through a computer has been re-arrested and remanded at the Luzira prison. The man, identified as Emin Baron, had been found in possession of a dvd showing two underage girls sucking his genitals and was set to be freed after he paid a fine 6 million shillings.
