If we can know that, we believe we can by the help and mercy of Allah, a lot of research and effort is needed here and a very intensive studies because the crescent and the moon are there to guide us through the month, that is why the full moon is the fifteenth day of the month, no argument at all about that, we all agree with that. Now let us move to the issue of the end the of month and the new moon. Can we depend on the Waning and the waxing of the moon to guide us? we believe hundred present yes,
